IAVM ANNOUNCEMENT

New Board of Directors - Available Opportunities

March 2026

The Institute for the Advancement of Vedic Mathematics IAVM established in 2016 is a global non-profit registered charity dedicated to promoting, researching, and supporting the system of Vedic Mathematics internationally. From curriculum design and teacher training to hosting international conferences, our mission is to make mathematics enjoyable and accessible for all through the profundity of the Vedic system.

Celebrating ten years of excellence, the IAVM continues to champion the beauty, depth and practical utility of Vedic Mathematics through research, teacher training, curriculum design and development.

We are now seeking to establish a new board of directors to assist the trustees in expanding the influence and reach of Vedic mathematics.

If you share our enthusiasm and aims and are ready to play a committed and active leadership role within IAVM, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals who can apply their skills in areas such as education, research, outreach and curriculum design to help carry our mission forward. The role requires a modest commitment of at least 4 to 5 hours per month.

Application Process

Please send an initial letter indicating your vision for Vedic Mathematics and the areas of expertise you can offer. This should be addressed to James Glover - Chairman IAVM - and emailed to .

The closing date for applications is 21st March 2026. You may then be invited for an interview by the trustees in April.

The IAVM operates through the generous commitment of our trustees, directors, and staff, all of whom serve on a voluntary basis.

FIND 432 x 47 – follow up

A method of finding this product was shown in the previous newsletter.
Muthuselvi Prabhu sends this comment:

The method of finding 432 × 47 is very interesting, and it leads to many more variations,
such as 243 × 47 (= 9400 + 2021 = 11,421).

And Usha Prabakar sends these examples:

43 x 47 = 2021
43 x 57 = 2021
              +   430
                 2451

53 x 57 = 3021
63 x 57 = +570
                  3591

53 x 57 = 3021
53 x 58 =   +53
                 3074

453 x 457 = 207021
453 x 458       + 453
                     207474

                     207021
                    +   4530
453 x 467 = 211551
